We are unable to return customized products. However should there be a defect of materials we are happy to assist in working with you to correct the issue as efficiently as we can.

Please make sure you choose to have your order delivered to your middle school front office/ coach. (This is a FREE delivery option) orders will be delivered in bulk to the front office of your middle schoo! If you choose shipping or hand delivery for these orders, the charges will not be reimbursed and will be considered a tip for a job well done! Thank you in advance!

Local delivery within 2-3 driving miles of MHS. $7 (Please note that if you choose this option and the adress listed for delivery is further we will contact you by email to change as needed.)

Shipping with USPS is also available and covers the added expense of packaging and amount charged by USPS. (HOWEVER, If you live on our daily driving route, there is a slight chance we may opt to deliver to your front door for conveinence) 

We are just as excited about your new gear as you are! Please know that we are working efficiently to get everything to you as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, our turn around time is about two weeks. However, please be patient if your order is delayed due to unforseen circumstances. Please know that we are hard at work to get your order to you as efficiently as possible! If there is an extended delay in your order we will contact you directly as to keep you informed on it's progress. So, please make sure your contact info is correct!
